Help build Tenants & Neighbors' political power by becoming a member! Annual dues are only $35, and $10 for low-income people and youth 25 and under. If you are already a member, please help us recruit new members. Current members can purchase gift memberships for only $10.

Membership dues and other contributions to NY State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition support legislative activities and are therefore not tax-deductible. One of Tenants & Neighbors' members is Heather Singmaster. Heather is a Senior Program Officer at the Asia Society and is a tenant in the Upper East Side. When asked why she decided to join Tenants & Neighbors, Heather said, " I feel that it's important to support affordable housing to give everyone an opportunity to live here and to help preserve our diversity."
