Tenants & Neighbors is a dynamic grassroots organization that harnesses tenant power to preserve at-risk affordable housing in neighborhoods throughout New York State, and to strengthen tenants' rights at the local, state, and national level.

Through tenant organizing, education, leadership development, and grassroots mobilization, Tenants & Neighbors is building a strong and unified tenant movement that has the knowledge and power to effect real change.

When you become a member of Tenants & Neighbors, you help to build a diverse, powerful and unified tenant movement in New York!

Individual Members

Annual dues for individuals are only $35, and $10 for low-income people and youth 25 and under.

To become a member, click on the Paypal icon below and pay your membership dues using your credit card. Please note that your contribution is for membership dues. Alternately, you can send a check to 236 West 27th Street, 4th floor, New York, NY 10001. Membership dues are not tax-deductible.

Organizational Members

Annual dues for organizations are based on the size of your organization's annual budget:

$6,000 or less: $50
$6,000-$10,000: $75
$10,000-$20,000: $100
$20,000-$30,000: $125
$30,000-$40,000: $150
$40,000-$50,000: $175
$50,000 or more: $200
