Contributions can be made to NY State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition, our 501(c)4 membership organization, or to NY State Tenants & Neighbors Information Service, our 501(c)3 affiliate.

Contributions to NY State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition support lobbying and other legislative activities and so are not tax deductible.

Contributions to NY State Tenants & Neighbors Information Service are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

There are several ways that you can support Tenants & Neighbors:

Become a Member. Our power comes from having a large, diverse, and active membership. Both individuals and organizations can join the NY State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition. Click here for more information about membership and/or to join online today, or email info@tandn.org.

Make a Contribution by mail to the NY State Tenants & Neighbors Coalition and/or the NY State Tenants & Neighbors Information Service. Please send your check or money order to 236 W. 27th St., 4th floor, New York, NY, 10001. Please indicate which organization your contribution is for. You can also make your contribution online at www.tenantsandneighbors.org/donate.html.

Attend our Special Events. Tenants & Neighbors hold several events every year, including an annual benefit gala in the winter and the Tournament of Housing Champions trivia night in the spring. Please visit our website regularly for information about our upcoming events.

Make an In-Kind Donation. Tenants & Neighbors welcomes donations of in-kind services, supplies, and equipment. We especially welcome donations for the silect auction at our annual benefit gala. To find out what we currently need, please contact Maggie Russell-Ciardi at maggie@tandn.org.

Host a Tenants & Neighbors Party. Tenants & Neighbors has begun holding parties to introduce prospective members and donors to our work. If you would like to host or co-host a Tenants & Neighbors party at your apartment, local bar, or other venue, please contact Maggie Russell-Ciardi at maggie@tandn.org.
